To initiate a return, please contact us here to request a return authorization and to receive instructions on how to receive your refund. Please also provide your full name, address, invoice number and purchase date.
To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. All UltraBlock and UltraPlush by UltraBlock products are covered by a 20-Year manufacturer warranty against defects. If you have any issues with your product related to a defect in manufacture, please contact us here with a description of the issue, your full name, shipping address, invoice number, and purchase date. We may require a photo of the defect and/or ask you to return the item for evaluation.
We will replace items if they are defective. If your claim is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). After you receive your RMA number, clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but you will not be charged for shipping on the replacement product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
